Wet Milking(Jelqing)
For this exercise you will need an extra tool, other than your hand and this guide. What is it you ask?
LUBRICANT - the single most important thing for your success with penis enlargement exercises. A good quality lube will enable you to do the techniques for longer and avoid any nasty friction burns or skin irritations.
Do NOT use soap!!!
If you are looking for an alternative thing for buying proper lubrication then you can use Vaseline intensive care or something similar.
WET MILKING (Jelq) - with lubrication.
A WORD OF WARNING - for this technique you MUST USE lubricant!!! DO NOT use soap...Soap can cause major irritation or worse!
I will keep the instructions as simple as possible but if you do not understand any of it then please, don't do the exercise.
Well here goes...
Step 1
Make the "OK" sign with your fingers by touching your forefinger and thumb tips together. Lubricate both your hands and penis shaft with your lubricant.
Note, you should always do this exercise WITHOUT an erection. A semi-erection is good, but in my experience, a full erection you really do not want. If you start to get an erection then slightly squeeze your penis head (glans) with your hand and this will discourage it, or simply wait for it to subside.
Step 2
Squeeze your penis shaft as close to your scrotum as possible and pull downward with your "OK" sign hand.
Step 3
Stop when you reach the glans (head), and repeat with the other hand. Make each stroke last about three or four seconds
Step 4
Repeat step 2 and 3 alternating between hands and keep going for as many repetitions as you wish (start with only a few and work up to more as you get more experienced).
Remember, do this exercise regularly... This is the key to enlargement, as with any form of exercise!
This exercise alone, will increase your penis size significantly over a period of time. YOU ARE WELL ON YOUR WAY TO A LARGER PENIS... And a better life!!!

Penis enlargement is not an exact science and therefore caution and common sense should be employed. DO NOT overdo any exercise. Stop when you want to! We want to encourage your penis to grow in size, not force it!
Week 1:
100 - 200 strokes every other day at medium strength
week 2:
200 - 300 strokes every other day at medium strength
week 3:
300 - 400 strokes at medium to full strength every other day
week 4:
500 strokes every other day at medium to full strength
