Wet Milking(Jelqing)

Wet Milking (Jelq) with lubrication

For this exercise you will need an extra tool, other than your hand and this guide. What is it you ask?

LUBRICANT - the single most important thing for your success with penis enlargement exercises. A good quality lube will enable you to do the techniques for longer and avoid any nasty friction burns or skin irritations.

Do NOT use soap!!!

If you are looking for an alternative thing for buying proper lubrication then you can use Vaseline intensive care or something similar.


WET MILKING (Jelq) - with lubrication.

A WORD OF WARNING - for this technique you MUST USE lubricant!!! DO NOT use soap...Soap can cause major irritation or worse!

I will keep the instructions as simple as possible but if you do not understand any of it then please, don't do the exercise.

Well here goes...

Step 1
Make the "OK" sign with your fingers by touching your forefinger and thumb tips together. Lubricate both your hands and penis shaft with your lubricant.
Note, you should always do this exercise WITHOUT an erection. A semi-erection is good, but in my experience, a full erection you really do not want. If you start to get an erection then slightly squeeze your penis head (glans) with your hand and this will discourage it, or simply wait for it to subside.

Step 2
Squeeze your penis shaft as close to your scrotum as possible and pull downward with your "OK" sign hand.

Step 3
Stop when you reach the glans (head), and repeat with the other hand. Make each stroke last about three or four seconds

Step 4
Repeat step 2 and 3 alternating between hands and keep going for as many repetitions as you wish (start with only a few and work up to more as you get more experienced).

Remember, do this exercise regularly... This is the key to enlargement, as with any form of exercise!

This exercise alone, will increase your penis size significantly over a period of time. YOU ARE WELL ON YOUR WAY TO A LARGER PENIS... And a better life!!!

Matt's suggested workout:
Penis enlargement is not an exact science and therefore caution and common sense should be employed. DO NOT overdo any exercise. Stop when you want to! We want to encourage your penis to grow in size, not force it!

Week 1:
100 - 200 strokes every other day
at medium strength

week 2:
200 - 300 strokes every other day at medium strength

week 3:
300 - 400 strokes at medium to full strength every other day

week 4:
500 strokes every other day at medium to full strength

Wednesday proved to be a good session. Lots of good stretching. Im enjoying the A stretch(or is it V?). That an upward pulls and bundled stretches. im really tryna get that tunica. this is because i don't think lazy ass stretches are doing anything for me. im debating whether to just stop doing them, but then again its not like they are wasting my time because i am typing as i am doing them! ha!Bigger penis here i come!

on other news i missed my bicep/back workout, so imma push it to tommorow and do shoulders on friday. legs on sat. its all good.

i feel 7.25 is near and so is 5.25

Tuesday's session seemed more like on day than off. i hope i didnt make it too intense. Need time for recovery, so ill make Wednesday's session a lil lighter. I got carried away because i started doing under hand wet jelqs during the end of the session and felt these were working better so i wanted to bang out a few more. All in the name of a bigger penis.

woops almost forgot to do lazy ass stretches*. let me do those now.


*bout the lazy stretches i place my dick under my hamstring muscle. so itd be like 7 oclock i think if looking forward would be 12.

Monday was a good workout session. followed it to a T except i through some of those jelq-strech combos in there. the percentage of erection varied alot but i kept it pretty much between 35 and 75. even tho i think sometimes i hit 85.

today was first day i tried the bundled stretches. i think i might add them permanetly. Also i don't know if these lazzy ass stretches are increasing my foreskin. Should i pull my foreskin back before doing it?I don't know.

Also i need to start doing kegels again. this weekends, fireworks were dissapointing. More like setting a branch on fire and running away and not like fourth of july at Time Square.

Update Number 3

thursday's session went pretty well. i stayed postive throughout the whole jelqing session, telling myself i feel myself gettin bigger.

i think the long stretches afterwards are the key. I believe they promote growth and because your dick is warmed up you will be able to stretch it farther than your dick can normally go. Say you are 6 inches, you may able to stretch it to 6.25 or 6.5! That shows that you can get some gains.

we'll see tho.

Tuesday's Routine went pretty well.
I did 50 dry jelqs then did 10 mins of wet jelqs. Also alot of stretching.

I'm also doing stretching throughout the whole day, at least 10 mins per session.

Monday's Routine was good. I'm gonna try to increase my erection level a bit tho when doing wet jelqs. it was less than 75%. Doing so will cause more expansion and ensure a bigger penis in the end.

And I think i may resort to Godma's routine. I'm starting to think if i want length to just focus on length exercises and when i want girth focus soley on girth. I'm not gonna flip flop, could end up with nothing at all. Consistancy is the key when doing natural penis enlargement exercises just like anything else.

Other than that, i feel good and my cock is feeling strong and heavy, i think im on the road to a bigger penis.

I was going to do a natural penis enlargement routine where one day was length based and the other was girth based. But now I'm doing length exercises 5 times a week. Weekends are rest days and only days allowed to masterbate.

Sept i start school again and will go to a MWF routine.

5 minute warmup. hot towel or shower.
10-15 minute stretches. up, forward. V, A stretches. with 15-20 sec helis inbetween.
20 minutes of wet jelqs 2 seconds each jelq. Every 2 minutes Helis. 75% erection level or less.
10-15 minutes stretches
5 minute of lazy ass stretches.
5 minute warmdown. towel or shower

"Off day"
5 minute warmup. hot towel or shower.
10 minutes stretching
50 dry jelqs base-middle, 50 middle head.
10 minutes of wet jelqs 2 seconds each jelq. Every 2 minutes Helis. 75% erection level or less.
10-15 minutes tunica stretches
5 minute of lazy ass stretches.
